We provide Adwords Pay Per Click and display Design and Management services for a wide variety of customers and Industries in the Bay Area and nationwide.
We can design a new campaign for you from scratch based on your goals or we can take over an existing campaign and modify it going forward.
PPC is available for major search engines (Google, Bing) and also for social media such as Facebook and Linkedin. The suitability of each Ad delivery method will depend on the business type, budget and goals of the project. There is no on size fits all option, each project is unique in its design and execution.
Here you use Keywords (which searchers use when they are looking for a relevant product or service) and text adverts to display and advert. This advert with relevant copy and a call to action is then clicked on by the searcher and they are taken to a landing page (special customer built page on your domain or to a specific page on your website) where you would like them to complete a desired action. This could be purchase an item, contact you for more details after reading a page etc but either way you want the customers to complete an action and at that stage they become a conversion for the Adwords project.
There are many steps involved in a successful Adwords project from keyword research, bids, ad copy, landing page design and layout, analytics review, website optimizer etc and the process of design, test, adapt and retest goes on solidly throughout the project to arrive at the best ROI available for the project at that time.
The major benefit of this particular online Advertising method is that you are putting your advert in-front of people who are searching for your product or service at the very moment they are doing the search and depending on your project aims you can target potential customers who are in the research stage or who are ready to buy. With a well designed campaign you can then track the results directly and determine on a one for one basis the success of your campaign. This is a far more efficient way to spend advertising dollars than say print where you place your advert in the Sunday paper where its is visible to all and you hop that someone who is interested in your product see its there.
For your E-Commerce site, google shopping now falls under Google PPC. You can now display your E-commerce website products on Google search with product images and adjust your ad position based on bids and budget so you can put your products in-front of shoppers ready to buy.
Google Product Listing Adverts (PLA’s)
E-Commerce websites now have an additional advertising medium on Google. With the Introduction of PLA’s or Product listing adverts as part of Paid Search we can now promote your adverts on Google with product images and feature custom designed ad copy to get your point across.
PLA’s with originally part of Google shopping which was a no charge service and they have recently been revised and added to the Pay Per Click or paid search, they generally appear on search results with images in a sponsored section called shopping on Google.
This allows us to target customers at the “ready to buy” stage of buying cycle, when they are actively looking to purchase and as part of a comprehensive Adwords campaign we can target search adverts at the same time to give us maximum exposure for relevant searchers.
PLA’s are fairly new at this stage and each project is a custom project so if you would like to discuss an adwords project for your E-Commerce site, please contact us.
Facebook and linkedIn among others also provide a Pay Per Click (PPC) model for advertising. There are differences between how each advertising function works and they are all available as a pay per click (PPC) or cost per thousand impressions (CPM) pricing models.
Facebook: Facebook advertising campaigns do not use keywords, they use Demographics, Interests, profile and or Geography to reach a target audience. The adverts are text and image and must always have an image. Campaign timing is not as sophisticated as Google but that may change over time. You can track Facebook Adwords performance via insights and social media performance on Google analytics.
LinkedIn: Advertising on LinkedIn uses Employment Profile and Geography to help you target a particular audience. This allows you to target by region, job type, Position, Company size etc to reach a specific audience. Adverts are again text & image based. There are limited performance tracking available and then you can use Analytic’s to track visitor behavior once they arrive at you site and adjust accordingly.
From above you can see there is a large number of choices with regard to PPC advertising and not all mediums are suitable for all projects, businesses or budgets. GROBYO after meeting with yourself and your staff and based on the specific project and target market will evaluate the suitability of each medium to help us meet the specific project goals.
If you have an online marketing project you would like to discuss in more detail, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
